There is one Heart tank in each of the eight Maverick stages. Only Mega Man X can use the Falcon and the Gaea armors. If you want a high mission rank, skip the capsules to save time and re-visit the stages later. The armors can only be used after all parts are collected.
Tanks, armors and rides are found during the stages, unlike weapons and parts, that are obtained after clearing stages.
